At 08:00 am, you will leave Bucharest, heading north towards the Carpathian Mountains and Transylvania.
The first stop is Sinaia, a beautiful mountain resort, where you will visit Peles Castle – the former residence of the Romanian Royal Family.
Continue the day with a scenic drive through the Carpathian Mountains and, in about 1 hour, arrive at Bran where you will visit Bran Castle, also known as Dracula’s castle.
Before heading back to Bucharest, we will remain in Transylvania and stop for a short time in Brasov, a typical medieval city. You will stop in Council Square and start a quick walking tour in the Old Town. You will learn more about the story of the Saxons in Transylvania, admire the impressive and well-preserved architecture, see the Black Church (city’s landmark – view from outside) and discover which is the second narrowest street in Europe – the Rope Street.

Yes. We offer free pick-up from the following hotels in Bucharest:
If you cannot come for the pick-up at any of the above hotels or you would like to have a private transfer from your hotel, the extra fee for hotel pick-up and drop-off is €35 for a standard car (1-3 persons), €60 for a minivan (4-8 persons), and €100 for a van (9-16 persons). If you want to book this extra service, please get in touch with us.
One day before the tour, we will send you a reminder email with links where you can buy tickets online for the castles. This would be the best option to avoid the queues at the ticket office. You can also buy your tickets on the spot by card or cash RON (only).
The audio guide is an application working on your mobile phone. One day before the tour, we will email you instructions on installing it. You have to install it before the tour as the guide might not be able to help you.
The audio guide is a collection of stories about the visited attractions and general information about Romania. The audio guide does not translate what the guide is saying in English, and we only recommend booking this tour if you have at least a basic understanding of English (to be able to follow the guide).
