Two Castles in One Day can now speak your language!
Italian, French and Spanish tourists have one more reason to join the shared Two Castles in One Day trip from Bucharest to Transylvania. And this reason has a name. We call it the multilingual system, an audio guide that will “speak” the language of the tourists, to start with: Italian, French and Spanish.
What is the multilingual system?
As the Two Castles in One Day Tour is operated with English speaking guide, we try through the Multilingual system, to overcome the language barriers, allowing Spanish, Italian and French speaking individual tourists to enjoy the trip in their language while visiting Peles and Bran Castles and Brasov downtown.
So, everything they need to know about the tour and the places they will visit will be available on the audio guide in one of the languages mentioned above.
How does it work and how can tourists request the multilingual system?
The multilingual system is operated on tablets and it involves an additional cost of only 5 Euros per person. At the beginning of the tour, each tourist who requests one, receives a tablet and a pair of headphones. He will have to pay directly to the tour guide for a guarantee of 25 Euros per tablet and will receive the proper instructions to use it. At the end of the tour, if the tablet is returned in good conditions, the guarantee will be refunded to the tourists. See below the whole process of booking:
Depending on tourists, the system will be set in Spanish, Italian or French and it consists of 16 chapters that follow the itinerary of the trip and the speech of the live English speaking guide from the tour bus: General dates about the trip, General dates about Romania, The Royal family of Romania, Peles Castle, Bran Castle, the city of Brasov and so on.
Each chapter has a beautiful and useful photo gallery that tourists can “shuffle” while listening to the story of each place they are about to visit. So, the multilingual system is interactive, allowing the tourists to come back and to go forward each time they need and want to.
Why should tourists get the audio guide?
Tourists who speak Italian, Spanish or French better than English can enjoy the same tour with the multilingual system.
Also, at the castles that are included in the itinerary, there are facilities for them. For example, at Peles Castle, for an additional cost of only 10 Lei (about 2 Euros), they can get an audio guide with the presentation and story of each room. Also, at Bran castle, thanks to the local wireless connection, tourists can use the museum’s app directly on their smart phones.
The multilingual system is available for the moment only for the Two Castles in One Day Tour and only in Italian, French and Spanish.
For the moment, maximum 4 tourists using the multilingual system can join the English speaking Two Castles in One Day shared tour.
